Join our Small Works Roster

Douglas County Sewer District Number 1 is in the process of updating the 2025 Small Works Roster, which can be utilized for negotiating contracts up to $350,000 for the District's projects. The District strongly encourages minority, women, and veteran-owned businesses to join our Small Works Roster.

The District established the following work categories that contractors can select when registering on the District's Small Works Roster:

Earthwork/Excavation/Grading
Electrical
Plumbing
Fabrication/Welding/Metal repairs
Industrial Electrical Controls (I&C)
Concrete Work
Paving
Building Construction/General Construction
Sewer pipeline removal and installation
Landscaping
Heating/HVAC

Please reference which categories you wish to be listed for.

Contractors interested in being placed on the District's Small Works Roster must submit to the District a letter containing the following information:

Business name and address
Business owner's name and address
Copy of the Contractor's State of WA license number and expiration date
Statement of qualifications for the type and size of projects of interest to the Contractor.
Copy of Contractor's Certificate of Liability Insurance with a minimum limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence.
W-9 Form with Federal Tax ID Number

A roster of vendors will be available for Public review at the Douglas County Sewer District Office.

Please submit letters each year with an attached copy of the Insurance to:
